I read this book some time ago and found it to be a lot of fun. As you say, some of the stuff went over my head, but it was still fun trying to sort it all out.

I’m glad to see you are back. I hope school finished up well and that you see some action on the house soon. We’ve moved many times so I know what a nailbiter it can be with showings and worrying about whether or not the people want to come back for another look or if they come up with some insanely ridiculous thing to criticize instead.

Houses are like dates – you cant get them to sell when you are desperate – but if you have all the time in the world you will have lots of offers! Same as trying to get a date when you are desperate! Great to see you back.
